At Edunovations, a brand of Mart Ind Infotech, we are committed to delivering quality educational content and services. However, due to the digital nature of our products and the operational structure of our services, we maintain a clear Refund and Return Policy as outlined below.
1. Digital Products (Mindmaps, Recorded Courses, PDFs)
All downloadable digital products such as mindmaps, recorded lectures, and PDF-based resources are non-refundable. These products, once delivered, can be permanently stored or copied by the user, and thus cannot be returned. We request users to carefully review product details before making a purchase.
2. Test Series (Daily Vocabulary, NCERT, GK, Current Affairs, Olympiads)
We offer test series with daily access and annual subscription options.
- For annual subscribers, if a refund is requested after 10, 20, or more days, the per-day charges (based on daily plan rates) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded only as a discount coupon, not as cash.
- Single-day access test plans are non-refundable.
3. Live Courses
Our live courses are available as individual sessions or bundled packages.
- In the case of package refunds, we deduct the cost of each session attended (as per daily/class rates) and refund the rest as a discount coupon.
- No refund is applicable for single-session bookings.
4. Website Banner Advertisements
Banner advertisements are non-refundable. Once a banner slot is reserved, we reject other potential bookings. Cancellations result in direct revenue loss; therefore, no exceptions apply to refunds for banner ads.
5. Sponsored Newsletter Inclusion
We offer newsletter inclusion services on:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly: These plans are non-refundable due to limited slots and pre-allocation of space.
- Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Annual: Users may request a schedule change. If the revised schedule is not acceptable, we deduct charges based on the duration already served (using daily/weekly rates), and refund the balance as a discount coupon.
6. WhatsApp Promotions
The refund and return policy for WhatsApp promotional services is identical to email newsletter promotions:
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly plans are non-refundable.
- For longer-term plans, rescheduling is possible, or partial coupon refunds may be issued after deduction of already-served promotional slots.
7. Accelerated Approval Services
Edunovations offers two premium review tiers:
- ₹25 for 24–48 hour review
- ₹50 for 12–24 hour review
These services are for fast-tracking reviews only and do not guarantee publication. Both are non-refundable, regardless of approval outcome.
8. Content Writing Services
We charge per content/project. As our writers perform substantial research and effort before content delivery, content writing fees are non-refundable, even if content is unused by the user.
9. Consultation Services
Consultations are billed per session. Once a time slot is booked, we allocate internal resources and block calendar availability. Hence, all consultation bookings are non-refundable.
10. Website Development Services
If a website development project is cancelled:
- Within 3 days: Refund is possible after deducting accounting charges and work already completed.
- After 3 days: No refund will be processed due to time and resource investment.
11. GST on Refunds
All services and products are billed with applicable GST as per Indian tax laws.
- GST is non-refundable, as it is deposited with the government upon sale.
- Users eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) may claim it directly from GST authorities.
- In rare cases where GST is not yet deposited or refund becomes legally possible, we may refund GST after deducting applicable accounting charges.
