The standard review timeframe for submissions is approximately 2 to 15 days, though actual review duration may vary based on the volume of submissions and the content queue. We offer an optional premium review service for users who wish to expedite this process. For a fee of ₹25 or ₹50, a submission can be prioritized for review within approximately 48 to 72 hours (More likely within 48hrs) or 24 to 48 hours (More likely within 24hrs). This premium service only accelerates the review process and does not guarantee approval or publication of the content. All submissions, whether standard or expedited, must comply with Edunovations’ content standards and policies to be approved.
In addition to news publication, Edunovations offers various paid services to assist users in reaching a wider audience and enhancing their content’s impact. These services include, but are not limited to:

- Newsletter Inclusion: Paid inclusion of your news content in our email newsletters, which are distributed to our subscriber base.

By opting for a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges and to abide by any additional guidelines or rules applicable to those services. All terms and obligations outlined in this Agreement apply equally to free and paid services – there are no exceptions. Failure to comply with the Terms while using paid features can result in suspension or termination of those services without refund.
2.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You expressly agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You further agree to indemnify Edunovations against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your content or its publication.
5.5 The Platform retains the right to remove or modify any content at any time, with or without cause, and without liability, if it deems such action necessary to comply with applicable laws, editorial standards, or community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.5 The overall “look and feel” of the Platform—including its color schemes, user interface, and functional design—is the proprietary trade dress of Mart Ind Infotech and may not be copied, imitated, or reproduced in whole or in part.

8. Prohibited Uses

) at the end of their submission. Only upon successful verification will the Platform allow inclusion of the link as a recognized and authorized source.
8.4 Violation of any of these prohibited use terms may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of account, and may be reported to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, if deemed necessary. Edunovations reserves the right to take legal action in cases of abuse, fraud, or malicious activity.

- You understand and accept that your submission will be reviewed and moderated before publication.
9.3 All user submissions are subject to a review timeline of 2 to 15 business days, depending on the volume of content received by the Platform. In exceptional cases where there is a high influx of submissions, the review process may take longer. Edunovations will not be held responsible for delays due to submission volume or unforeseen editorial workload.
9.4 A premium review option is available for a non-refundable fee of ₹25, which entitles the user to a priority review within 24 to 48 hours. However, this service does not guarantee approval or publication. All submissions—premium or otherwise—must pass our editorial standards and compliance checks. If the submitted content violates any policy or is deemed unfit for publication, the Platform reserves the right to reject it, even if the premium review fee has been paid.
9.5 Edunovations retains the right to edit user-submitted content for clarity, grammar, formatting, and style without altering the original message or intent. Minor editorial changes may be made to improve readability and professionalism.
9.6 Once submitted, all user-generated content will be treated as non-confidential and may be published or redistributed by Edunovations in accordance with the license granted under Section 5. Submission of content also constitutes consent to potential re-use in newsletters, promotions, social media, and other affiliated platforms operated or endorsed by Mart Ind Infotech.
9.7 Users must not include any content that is plagiarized, promotional in nature without approval, or that includes sensitive or private information of any third party. 9.8 The IP address and user credentials of all submitters are logged and stored for the purposes of verification, moderation, legal compliance, and in the event of any content-related dispute or investigation.

10.2 The paid services offered by Edunovations include, but are not limited to:

- Paid inclusion in newsletters distributed to students, educators, and education stakeholders.
- Verified WhatsApp API promotions for wider and targeted content delivery.
- Promotional packages available on a one-time, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis, each with distinct pricing and terms.
10.3 Complete details, including features, duration, and pricing for each paid service, are published on the official pricing/packages page of the Platform. Users seeking tailored offerings may also reach out via the Custom Ads Requirement page to request a personalized promotional plan.
10.4 All payments can be made through UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported digital wallet services. Upon successful transaction, users will receive a digital confirmation or invoice via the registered email address. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your financial information.
10.5 Payment for any paid service is considered final and non-refundable, including payments made for Premium Review Services (refer to Section 9.4). Refunds will not be issued in cases where content is rejected due to policy violations, failure to meet editorial standards, or other terms outlined in this Agreement.
10.6 All paid services are subject to this User Agreement and any specific terms described within the corresponding service or package. Edunovations reserves the right to revise service terms, pricing, and features at its discretion, and users are encouraged to review all package details before making a purchase.
10.7 Misuse of paid services, including submission of objectionable or misleading content, attempts to defraud, or abuse of the platform’s promotional tools, may lead to suspension or termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities as per the nature of the violation.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 The content published on Edunovations Education News is intended solely for informational and educational purposes. While the Platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented is accurate, timely, and professionally verified, no guarantees or warranties—express or implied—are made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content posted, including content submitted by third parties.

13. Indemnity
13.1 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mart Ind Infotech, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
